About Gawsworth Fisheries
Gawsworth Fisheries is one of Cheshire’s premier day ticket fisheries situated in between Macclesfield and Congleton. This is a family run business made up of 16 acres of water comprising four lakes (Wood Pool, Park Pool, Coppice Pool and Spring Bank Pool) as well as Serpentine Canal. Each pool has its own character, charm and fishing experience – from peaceful pleasure fishing to deeper pools to specimen carp and catfish, there is something here for every angler to enjoy. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing day by the water or your next memorable catch, our fishing lakes provide the perfect setting.
All the waters are well stocked and will accommodate all anglers from the novice to the Specimen Carp angler. Facilities at the fisheries include ample parking as well as toilet facilities and Gawsworth Grill Café open at weekends.
